Our Samuels Midwest crew showcased a wide array of products that truly impressed the attendees. From the super fresh @akaroasalmonnz served two ways (in a poke preparation and seared with a wasabi soy glaze), to the refreshing Gulf Princess White Shrimp Cocktail and Aunt Connie's Shrimp Slider, we had delicious samples that made taste buds sizzle!

We were also thrilled to present @bompetisco tinned fish from Portugal, and @ilporcellinosalumi’s small-batch salami from Colorado, both are perfect for any charcuterie or tinned fish/cheese board. Plus, the Canterbury Cure Caviar added a touch of luxury to our display.
