Description:
Home-made dough ready to fry. Prepared with more than 60% of desalted codfish, milk, wheat flour, pasteurized egg, butter, garlic and parsley. Free of preservatives.
Handling:
Leave to thaw inside the bag, in the refrigerator. Stir the dough. Fry small amounts of dough (a teaspoonful) in hot oil (350 degrees F). Once fried, drain on kitchen paper and serve hot.
