Steelhead Trout are a true American heritage fish, native to the Pacific Northwest. Raised in land-based farms and fed a high-quality, nutritious diet, these trout are sustainably grown with care. Only natural astaxanthin is used in steelhead feed.

Fillets are hand-trimmed and perfectly portioned for both food service and retail. Whole fish come head-on and gutted—ideal for grilling or family-style presentations. With its mild flavor and beautiful presentation, rainbow trout has become a staple, equally at home on the backyard BBQ or the menu of a fine-dining restaurant.
