Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Statement
We fully comply with the FDA’s regulations for the safe and sanitary processing and importing of fish and fishery products, as outlined in the Federal Register (December 18, 1995 – CFR Parts 123 and 1240), which mandate industry-wide adherence to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles.
Samuels Seafood Co. has partnered with the U.S. Department of Commerce (USDC) Seafood HACCP program, a voluntary government inspection service that provides third-party certification of our facility and product quality. In addition, we work with independent third-party audit organizations to ensure continued compliance and accountability across our supply chain.
As part of our comprehensive Food Safety and Quality Assurance Program, Samuels maintains an uncompromising commitment to excellence, transparency, and client service at every level of our operation.
